US Mobile is pioneering the future of wireless communication with a vision of a unified network accessible to anyone, anywhere, on any device. Our approach is centered on empowering customers, moving quickly, and continuously challenging traditional methods. Our teams are agile, cross-functional, and driven by ownership, and we seek individuals who think beyond the obvious to join us.

We are currently looking for a Workforce Analyst based in Lahore to take ownership of one of the most critical questions in our company: determining the optimal human capacity—how much is needed, where it should be allocated, what it costs, and what value it delivers. This role goes beyond traditional workforce management. With hundreds of Product Experience Specialists supporting our customers daily, their time represents a significant investment. Instead of simply maintaining this investment, you will design models and systems that clarify capacity decisions and explore unanswered questions such as forecasting demand for new launches, quantifying the value of handle time, and optimizing human effort as AI takes on more tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the demand forecasting process by modeling how customer contact evolves with growth, product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends, providing leadership with proactive insights.
- Translate demand forecasts into capacity strategies, determining the number of people required, their skills, channel allocation, costs, and expected service levels.
- Develop the people-related aspects of the model, including hiring, ramp-up, tenure, performance, and attrition, identifying levers to accelerate new employee productivity and improve retention.
- Collaborate with developers and AI teams to embed your analyses into the company’s in-house workforce platform, designing forecasts, rules, and signals that guide daily operations.
- Uncover hidden insights in the data, such as unseen demand, wasted capacity, or misleading metrics.
- Experiment with new operating models, channel mixes, and staffing strategies, working closely with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in both Pakistan and the US, representing the workforce perspective in key operational decisions.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or a data-driven role where your analysis influenced real business decisions.
- Strong skills in forecasting and statistics, including understanding trends, seasonality, and uncertainty, with the ability to critically evaluate data beyond surface-level numbers.
- Genuine curiosity about people as well as numbers, with a desire to understand what drives employee retention, growth, and performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A builder’s mindset, preferring to automate repetitive tasks rather than manually update reports.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects from initial inquiry through to final decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

US Mobile offers a competitive market salary along with flexible working hours to support work-life balance. You will be part of a fast-growing, high-impact environment enriched by a vibrant startup culture. Additional benefits include meal and transport allowances and comprehensive health coverage.

This role is ideal for someone who questions what data dashboards might be missing, prefers building models that make decisions straightforward, and finds people as fascinating as numbers. If you are proactive in identifying discrepancies and advocating for data-driven improvements, you will thrive here. We value systems thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions over traditional career paths.

Please note, we may utilize artificial intelligence tools to assist in parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications and analyzing resumes. These tools support our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are made by humans.

If you believe you are a strong fit for this role, we encourage you to apply and join us in shaping the future of wireless communication.
