We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an experienced SEO professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase organic website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, using on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, headings, and keyword placement.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach, to improve domain authority and increase backlink profile.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and infographics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to outrank competitors.
  • Monitor and optimize local SEO efforts, including managing online business listings and local directory submissions.
  • Generate regular SEO performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 months to 1 year) in implementing successful SEO strategies and improving organic search rankings.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
