Workshop Helper Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Workshop Helper to support daily operations in a busy workshop environment located in Gabol Town, New Karachi. The ideal candidate will assist technicians and the production team by handling mechanical tools and machinery, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring the workshop remains clean and organized. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with additional allowances for attendance and fuel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the operation and maintenance of workshop machinery and equipment.
- Assist technicians and team members in handling mechanical tools and equipment.
- Help with cleaning and performing basic maintenance tasks on machines.
- Support the production team with daily workshop activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop area.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a workshop or a similar technical environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and machinery.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location: Gabol Town, New Karachi.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Salary range: PKR 40,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Attendance allowance of PKR 2,000 for full attendance.
- Fuel allowance of PKR 2,000 (terms and conditions apply).
- This is an in-person, full-time role.
