Workshop In charge/Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Supervisor with comprehensive knowledge of fabrication processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, capable of managing labor effectively, and experienced in handling procurement activities. This role requires someone who can identify and request necessary materials and equipment to ensure smooth operations. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of fabrication techniques and processes.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings accurately to guide fabrication work.
- Manage and supervise labor teams to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Oversee procurement activities, including making demands for required materials and supplies.
