We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience leading brand presence and community building across global social platforms. This remote, full-time position requires a candidate with excellent English communication skills, creative flair, analytical mindset, and a strategic approach to social media growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create and oversee a compelling content calendar across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
- Supervise content creation, including text, image, video, stories, and reels
- Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams for brand consistency
- Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activities to refine social strategies
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, UGC, and influencer collaborations
- Lead paid social campaigns and coordinate with paid media specialists
- Use A/B testing and insights for campaign improvement
- Implement platform-specific growth tactics tailored to different global markets

Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual branding skills
- Strong data interpretation and analytical mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing (HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) preferred
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with excellent English
