Job Description
- Looking for a Wordpress Developer to join our passionate, agile and creative team in Lahore.
- You'll need to have a strong understanding of core programming, but also be handy with front-end technologies to ensure an optimal user experience.
- You must have sound knowledge of design patterns especially MVC, Factory, Singleton and Wrapper.
- Solid problem solving skills needed for this job post.
- Knowledge of source and version control tools will be plus.
Required Skills:
- Minimum1 year experience of PHP programming, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience of PHP and OOP beneficial
- Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de-facto standard plugins.
- Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level:
- Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
- Creation of custom post types
- Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards
- Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code
- Theme/Template integration
- Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multisite) beneficial
- Experience creating multi-lingual websites Advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of web accessibility
- Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browse
- PHP5, MySQL5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Responsive Design
- Cross-Browser/Cross-Platform Design
- Wordpress Plug-in development and customization
- Wordpress Theme Concepts
- woo commerce & E-commerce platforms implementation experience
- Magento knowledge is plus
- drupal knowledge is plus
