• Managing purchase and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events of CEO. 
  • Assisting with banking, budgeting and financial management processes, including invoicing and expense reporting.
  • Maintaining employee records, including attendance, benefits and calculations of salaries.
  • Maintain and update the book keeping record on daily basis.
  • Handle Petty cash.
  • Maintain the record of Bills against the payments and purchasing.
  • Managing the organizations vehicles and their maintenance along with keeping the record of their arrival/ departure from the facility.
  • Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed by HOD and CEO
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Managing records and information, including filing and data entry of administrative matters.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by enforcing policies and procedures as per organization’s SOP.
  • Maintain Inward Gate Pass and Outward Gate Pass.
