IELTS INSTRUCTOR

WSL Consultants is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IELTS Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and comprehensive familiarity with the IELTS exam format and its various sections including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This role requires the ability to design effective test preparation techniques tailored to help candidates achieve their desired band scores. The instructor will be responsible for guiding students through the nuances of the IELTS exam, offering targeted coaching to improve their language proficiency and exam-taking strategies. As part of WSL Consultants, the IELTS Instructor will lead a small team to develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training sessions. This position demands excellent communication skills and a patient, supportive approach to teaching. The role involves continuous assessment of student progress, adjustment of teaching methods to meet individual needs, and collaboration with the team member to ensure consistent coaching standards. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and proven success in IELTS exams are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation lessons covering all exam sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Assess students' current English language proficiency and identify areas for improvement related to IELTS requirements.
Create tailored study plans and practice exercises to boost students test-taking skills and confidence.
Provide detailed feedback on student performance and progress, and adjust teaching methods accordingly to optimize learning outcomes.
Stay updated on any changes or updates to the IELTS exam structure and adjust curriculum materials to reflect these modifications.
Collaborate with a team member to ensure a consistent teaching approach and share best practices for exam preparation.
Conduct mock exams and simulation exercises to familiarize students with the real test environment and time constraints.
Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and improvement over time to track progress and support reporting needs.
Encourage and motivate students to maintain a disciplined study schedule and positive attitude throughout their preparation journey.
Participate in professional development activities to keep skills current and enhance instructional effectiveness.
