Requirements

Excellent English language skills
Good understanding of English spoken language
Basic maths

Managing bookings
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers who are looking to book/amend taxi bookings.
Take booking details
To be able to offer realistic quotations
Allocate & dispatch bookings
Track and handle drivers
Monitor flights

You will be required to develop knowledge and skills for

Airports and local area
Payments over the phone/ payments links
Management of drivers
Be able to make out bound calls

Candidates with the working knowledge of iccabi, cordic etc are preferred but fresh applicants can also apply. /
