We are looking for a Customer Service Representative The person hired for this job will be responsible to provide telephonic, chat and email customer service and support, handling customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.

    • Responds to provider inquiries, concerns, complaints and appeals.
    • Initiates and maintains effective channels of communication.
    • Monitors and track service issues and inquiries and assists in order to improve overall services.
  • Researches problems and negotiates with internal/external partners/customers to resolve highly complex, escalated and sensitive issues.
