As a Customer Sales Representative at X Telecom, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, to promote our telecom products and services.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of X Telecom's product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales.

Sales Process Management: Manage sales pipelines efficiently by tracking customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and following up on leads to ensure timely closure of deals.

Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while conducting sales activities to ensure ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
