Duties & Responsibilities;
- Answer or make calls to clients.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers.
- Engage in active listing with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Utilize software, database, scripts and tools appropriately.
- Uderstand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer services.
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
