We required a Training Officer

Core Responsibilities

  • Training of employees at all levels on soft skills
  • Training Need Analysis
  • Training Plans (yearly/monthly)
  • Training Design/Patrons
  • Training Contents development (all levels)
  • Skill developments/advancement Awareness campaigns
  • Conducting training at center/offices/sites as appropriate Related activities as assigned

Qualification

  • Attested Master’s/Post Graduate Degree in Communication/Education
  • Certification as Soft Skills Trainer

Experience

  •  4-5 years experience of working in Training & Education industries
  • 4-5 years experience of Soft Skills Training

Skills & Abilities.

  • Cheerful personality, confident in approaching people
  • Excellent communication skills- both spoken and written
  • Able to engage with participants, connect with them
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Flexible and reliable- displaying great ownership in all aspects

Specific Requirement

Knowledge of training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and adult learners, and measurement of training results
