We required a Training Officer
Core Responsibilities
- Training of employees at all levels on soft skills
- Training Need Analysis
- Training Plans (yearly/monthly)
- Training Design/Patrons
- Training Contents development (all levels)
- Skill developments/advancement Awareness campaigns
- Conducting training at center/offices/sites as appropriate Related activities as assigned
Qualification
- Attested Master’s/Post Graduate Degree in Communication/Education
- Certification as Soft Skills Trainer
Experience
- 4-5 years experience of working in Training & Education industries
- 4-5 years experience of Soft Skills Training
Skills & Abilities.
- Cheerful personality, confident in approaching people
- Excellent communication skills- both spoken and written
- Able to engage with participants, connect with them
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Flexible and reliable- displaying great ownership in all aspects
Specific Requirement
Knowledge of training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and adult learners, and measurement of training results
