We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in the roles of Truck Dispatcher. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule trucking activities and deliveries
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
Monitor routes and ensure efficient use of resources
Handle and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during transportation
Maintain records of dispatching activities and transactions
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (for Sales Agent) or dispatching (for Truck Dispatcher)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM tools, dispatching software, etc.)
