We are looking for talented and keen Sales Manager to join in our team!
The following bullets are appended as the prime roles & responsibilities of a Sales Manager.
1. To acquire info on product line, current sale, the in-place processes of division.
2. Analyze the strengths, loop-holes or weaknesses of processes & to suggest changes, if required
3. To acquire detailed info on competitors in relevant market & their strengths & possible weaknesses
4. To understand market trends & to depute relevant staff for comparison report with current product range & analyze strengths or weaknesses
5. Understand & analyze the segments of market being tabbed & suggest if any addition or change is required
6. Acquire info on team members, including their personalities, attitude, approach & JDs to ensure understanding & then to handle them accordingly
7. To observe the weaknesses & strengths of each team member
8. Based on analysis, to arrange training / guidelines for each team member, by keeping their JD in view & try to generate results
9. To discuss & adopt strategies, to allocate duties or change the JD of each team member, according to the strength they carry. In simple right person for the right job.
10. To discuss & allocate monthly sales-targets to each team member
11. Daily meeting & plan for 10-mins to achieve daily targets & weekly / monthly targets
12. Encouraging team to follow up existing customers on regular basis
13. Plan & hunt new queries on weekly basis, to expand data-base
14. To find core & valid reasons, in case of short-fall on target achievements
15. Once identified, to suggest appropriate solutions & implement to generate results
16. On weekly & monthly basis to submit a comprehensive report to management, including; total leads generated, total number of deals finalized, leads lost, total business amount & finally the revenue / profit generated.
17. And the next month expectations / targets based on previous month working & pipeline / funnel, which is to be formed simultaneously.
18. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
19. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
20. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
21. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
22. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
23. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
24. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
