Customer Service Delivery Executive

The Service Delivery Executive is expected to be a well-rounded individual with strong skills in both the relationship side of account management as well as the technical side. They will develop and strengthen the relationships held to create long partnerships through proactive and personable interactions.

Responsibilities include

Call Handling & Routing
Coordination with Field & Remote Engineers.
Managing & Scheduling Filed Engineers.
Client & Internal Resource Communications
Email and verbal Communications
Tickets Creation & escalation.
Queue Management
Work Order Escalations
