• Review and Maintain key client information and analytics 
  • Track and update internalwork in CRM
  • Prepareinternal and external reports for review 
  • Research and escalate any potential issues requiring attention
  • Work as a liaison for Customer success managers, Clients and Internal managers to help resolve open items
  • Be able to talk at a customer service level to clients and vendors
  • Assist experienced Customer Success Managers and Team with other tasks to help achieve our goals.
