- Review and Maintain key client information and analytics
- Track and update internalwork in CRM
- Prepareinternal and external reports for review
- Research and escalate any potential issues requiring attention
- Work as a liaison for Customer success managers, Clients and Internal managers to help resolve open items
- Be able to talk at a customer service level to clients and vendors
- Assist experienced Customer Success Managers and Team with other tasks to help achieve our goals.
