- Work closely with the Regional Manager to improve sales productivity by contacting customers, arranging meetings and ensuring sales team has high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Line Manager is unavailable including answering customer queries, verifying orders and preparing proposals.
- Keep a strong follow-up with international and local clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Input orders into the system and ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure all customer queries are handled efficiently.
- 2 to 3 years’ sales experience (IT experience would be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player with a can do attitude
- Attention to detail is required
- Organizational, time management, and project management skills
