Job Objective:
- The candidate is responsible for fully driving and leading all business development activities for the printing business.
- Manage and maintain all client relationships, including complaints/grievances, if any.
- Own and drive the overall sales strategy and targets aligned with the company’s business plan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base.
- Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers.
- Ensures proposal submission according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Confers with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- Answers/ reroutes all client queries, gathers market and client information, researches and analyses sales options.
- Reviews sales performance to ensure whether company is meeting or exceeding targets.
