STRCTURE ENGINEER

The Structure Engineer at Yakoob and Rameez Associates engages in evaluating, designing, and refining building frameworks while keeping compliance with established standards and client specifications. Responsibilities

Perform detailed structural analysis and design of high-rise reinforced concrete and steel buildings.
Prepare and review structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling software.
Conduct finite element analysis to assess structural behavior under various load conditions.
Calculate structural loads and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Develop structural detailing that supports both constructability and project specifications.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to optimize structural designs.
Review project specifications, materials, and construction methodologies to ensure engineering quality.
Support project management efforts by providing technical insights and timely progress updates.
Assess and propose solutions for structural challenges encountered during design and construction phases.
Stay current with industry developments, standards, and emerging structural technologies relevant to high-rise construction.
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met within timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design specifications.
