We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare/Business Consultant to support the planning, setup, and operational launch of a rehabilitation center for individuals suffering from substance use disorders and mental health conditions in Islamabad. The consultant will lead on facility design, regulatory compliance, staffing, and the development of a sustainable business model to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in acquiring all necessary licenses and approvals (e.g., CDA, IHRA, etc.).
Assist in site identification, facility layout planning, and overall infrastructure development.
Advise on equipment requirements, sourcing, and procurement.
Facilitate the recruitment of qualified medical, therapeutic, and administrative personnel.
Develop comprehensive treatment protocols, therapy models, and detoxification procedures.
Create financial forecasts and pricing strategies for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Provide strategic input on branding, marketing, and client outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in establishing healthcare or rehabilitation facilities.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing processes in Pakistan.
Proven expertise in financial and operational planning within the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and advisory skills with a hands-on approach to implementation.

Contract Type & Compensation:

Short-term consultancy (2-3 months), with potential for extension based on project needs.
Competitive, market-aligned remuneration, negotiable based on qualifications and experience
