Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will develop and implement our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves close monitoring of Social Media pages and out-of-box initiatives to expand the reach to the audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Manage and oversee social media content, including video content for platforms like YouTube.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools including YouTube video management e.g. Filmora, Canva, etc.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Engage with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
- Understanding of social media KPIs.
- Proficiency in video editing specifically for YouTube content, including knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,or similar.
- Very Profound expertise in content publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- A bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
