1. Support in making monthly Purchase plan according to the Sales plan.
2. Prepare purchase order of zipper raw material from sister companies.
3. Making item inquiries from different sister companies.
4. Coordinate with sister companies on production lead time & shipment arrangement.
5. Maintaining the proper record of concerned purchase documents.
6. Coordinate with different dept. for material arrangement information.
7. Update Sales dept on monthly basis regarding some special sliders inventory status.
8. Perform any other duty assignment given by the management.
