Youngs Capital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Research Analyst with a strong background in data analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience and will be responsible for gathering, processing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decision-making. The Research Analyst will manage a small team of two persons, coordinating tasks and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of research outputs.

Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and insights relevant to the company's objectives.
- Develop comprehensive research plans and methodologies that align with project and business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of two research assistants, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, research tools, and methodologies to enhance the quality and relevance of research.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the research process.
- Identify potential risks or issues in research projects and develop effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with external data providers and partners when necessary to supplement research data and insights.
- Present research outcomes in meetings and contribute to the companys knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
