Responsibilities
- Managing all the Academic related activities of the students.
- Schedule management of the students and keeping the service delivery incidents.
- Conducting parent teacher meetings and ensuring that we meet and exceed the customer expectation.
- Handling a team of around 15 teachers.
- Time to time visits of Zoom Classrooms.
- Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
- Oversees employee training sessions.
- Motivate staff to meet individual/team goals and ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Reports losses, employee behavioral issues, serious customer complaints, and other significant issues to Higher level management.
- Adheres to and enforces company policies and guidelines.
- Promotes specials, sales, and new products or services when relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and above.
- Teacher experience would be preferred.
