We are looking to hire CRO for our night shift office based position. He must have outstanding english communication skills and should be active listener.
He will have to perform the following duties:
- To ensure invoices for the month are sent to customers against the services provided.
- Fee collection from our international students against the invoices;
- Send E-mail reminders to customers for fee submission, before and on due date;
- Make follow-up for over-due recoveries over phone calls to re-enforce for fee submission;
- Take action on feedback of customer (if any) by generating a ticket to relevant department;
- Administratively report to Deputy Chief Operations Officer on recurring due/overdue and pending for the month;
- Report to Quality Assurance Manager for any procedural discrepancies/ customer’s grievances or about any observation on non-compliance;
- Prepare reports to make analysis on customer behavior to predict and overcome business discontinue ratio;
- Any task assigned by the line manager.
Job timings will be from 9pm-6am.
