We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who should have relevant call center QA experience.
He must be able to:
- Develop and execute standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with departments for process-related material
- Compilation of departments Scorecards
- Ensure proper communication of the processes to all relevant stakeholders
