Custome Service Representator

Your Flight Hub Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations related to flights and travel services.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers both verbally and in writing.
Achieve sales targets by promoting applicable products and services to customers during interactions.
Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of seven customer service associates, providing guidance and support.
Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding quality service standards.
Train new team members and assist with their ongoing development to improve performance.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales and operations to provide seamless service.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and travel industry best practices.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.
Encourage a positive, cooperative work environment focused on continuous improvement and customer-centric service.
