YouTube Content Script Writer

Cretesol Media is looking for a talented and creative YouTube Script Writer to join its content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and crafting engaging scripts specifically designed for international YouTube channels. This role focuses exclusively on video scriptwriting, requiring a strong grasp of YouTube content and storytelling techniques. The ideal writer will create compelling scripts that capture viewers’ attention and maintain engagement throughout the video, without involvement in SEO, blog, article, or website content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on diverse topics to collect accurate and relevant information.
- Write well-structured, engaging scripts tailored specifically for YouTube videos.
- Develop captivating hooks and introductions to grab and sustain audience interest.
- Ensure scripts follow a clear storytelling flow that enhances viewer retention.
- Translate complex information into easy-to-understand, interesting video scripts.
- Write in natural, fluent, and conversational English that connects with the target audience.
- Adapt writing style according to the channel’s content guidelines and audience preferences.
- Fact-check all information to maintain accuracy and credibility.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from senior writers and the content team.
- Collaborate effectively with researchers, editors, and other members of the YouTube content team.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, including speaking, writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with verbal communication in English.
- Strong research skills combined with effective storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of YouTube video formats, script structures, and content styles.
- Ability to write engaging content that retains viewers’ attention.
- Proficient in English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence construction.
- Creative mindset with the ability to present information in an appealing and interesting way.
- Quick learner who can accurately follow instructions.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- O/A Levels education is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Fresh graduates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in YouTube scriptwriting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in YouTube content, storytelling, documentaries, informational videos, or similar formats.
- This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the office located in I-9/3, Islamabad.
- Please note, this role is strictly focused on YouTube video scriptwriting; applications from SEO writers, blog writers, article writers, website content writers, or academic writers will not be considered.
