InSol360 is a Lahore-based video marketing agency. We plan, write, produce and grow YouTube channels for US brands in health, legal and education, including Novocure, a medical device company in oncology and Nestle Health Science.

What you will do

Write at least 16 scripts a month, both long-form videos and Shorts.
Research every topic before writing, using keyword data, competitor videos and reliable sources.
Write openings that keep viewers watching past the first 30 seconds.
Suggest a title and thumbnail text with every script.
Match each channel’s voice, from careful health explainers to light, funny edutainment.
Work with project owners, editors and designers until your script becomes the right video.
Study the retention data of every video you write, and make the next script better.

What you need

English that sounds natural to a US audience : clear, simple and error-free.
A good feel for American life and pop culture. You can add a timely reference or a little slang where it fits, and you know when a topic needs none of it.
At least 1 year of professional writing experience in scripts, copywriting, journalism or content. Exceptional fresh graduates with published work may also apply.
Writing samples. A published video you scripted is a strong plus.
Careful research habits. In health and legal topics, one wrong claim is one too many.
Skill with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and the judgment to spot when their output is weak.
Openness to feedback and quick revisions.

Good to have

Experience writing health, medical, legal or educational content.
Short-form scripts for YouTube Shorts, Reels or TikTok.
Basic knowledge of YouTube Analytics, such as audience retention and average view duration.
