We are looking for a motivated YouTube SEO & Analytics Specialist based in Islamabad with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical approach and a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, and audience engagement patterns. This role is centered on optimizing video content to increase reach, viewer engagement, and revenue by applying data-driven insights and effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive keyword research, analyze market trends, and benchmark competitors to enhance YouTube content optimization.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve content visibility and ranking.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators such as click-through rate (CTR), watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth.
- Analyze audience behavior and video performance data to provide actionable recommendations for channel growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated before content publication.
- Keep up to date with changes in YouTube’s algorithms, SEO trends, and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Demonstrated experience in YouTube SEO, content optimization, or digital analytics.
- Proficient in using YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to extract and interpret data.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, metadata optimization, and strategies to boost video performance.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively share insights and collaborate with diverse teams.
