Youtube Video Editor & Motion Graphics Animation

We are looking for a talented Video Editor and Motion Graphics Expert to join our team, focusing on creating engaging documentary-style videos for YouTube, inspired by the styles of Vox and Moon Studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video editing and motion graphics, combined with a sharp sense of storytelling, pacing, and sound design. This role demands creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce documentary-style videos for YouTube, incorporating motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create compelling and polished video content.
- Apply principles of pacing, storytelling, typography, and sound design to improve the overall quality and engagement of videos.
- Source and integrate relevant B-roll footage, graphics, and animations that support and enrich the narrative.
- Edit short-form content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube channels.
- Maintain high standards of creativity and attention to detail throughout the editing process to ensure professional output.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
- Solid understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, typography, and sound design principles.
- Ability to source and effectively incorporate B-roll footage, graphics, and animations into video projects.
- Experience editing content specifically for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Strong attention to detail paired with creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of one year of professional video editing experience is preferred.
- Intermediate level of education is desirable.
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lahore, near Lower Mall Road and close to NCA.
- The role requires in-person attendance during morning shift office hours.
- Competitive monthly salary offered, ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs95,000.
