Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive and process client requests via phone and email.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.
  • 1 year of experience in customer support or call center (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Must be located in Lahore.

Job Types: Full-time, New Graduate

Salary: Rs 40,000.00 - Rs 60,000.00 per month
