The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in video editing alongside proficient translation skills. This role involves working closely with a team of 17 professionals, requiring excellent coordination and communication to deliver high-quality and accurate content adapted to diverse audiences. The Translater will be responsible for ensuring that all translated materials maintain the original context and intent while exhibiting cultural relevancy. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage complex projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the translation process. The candidate must demonstrate a passion for language, excellent editing ability, and the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while collaborating with different departments. Responsibilities

Translate written and video content accurately while preserving the original meaning and tone.
Edit translations to ensure clarity, consistency, and linguistic quality suitable for the target audience.
Collaborate effectively with the team of 17 to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Adapt translated materials to fit cultural and contextual nuances.
Review and revise video subtitles and scripts for accuracy and synchronization with the audio content.
Coordinate with the video editing team to integrate translated content seamlessly into multimedia formats.
Maintain and update translation glossaries and style guides to standardize terminology.
Identify and resolve issues related to translation and cultural discrepancies.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in translation and video editing to optimize processes.
Provide training and support to team members regarding translation standards and editing techniques.
