We are looking for a Demand Generation professional who can help us scalably and sustainably generate leads for our direct sales organization. We are looking for a professional with a clear track record of driving business growth to architect and execute a strategy to accelerate the company's growth. We are looking for someone who can define and set the strategy and then roll up their sleeves, then hire and manage a lean team to execute it.

You will be working across various online interaction channels such as web, social media, phone and digital tools to communicate and convert contacts to prospects to qualified leads. You will be integral to helping the sales team understand the needs of target markets and prospects. You will help guide prospects through the marketing funnel by providing them information and answers to inquiries and questions in coordination with marketing channels, programs, and campaigns. You will also be scanning, organizing and structuring information in systems to ensure work efficiency and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop understanding of customer pains, issues, and needs
  • Define the customer acquisition strategy for SEO, affiliate, PPC, social, and display to maximize subscriber growth, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Own the acquisition strategy, planning, messaging, creative, execution, and optimization for all search, mobile, paid social and display campaigns
  • Create and execute lead and demand generation campaigns to grow sales, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Hire your team to help execute. But you are not just the manager, you are the main “doer”. Your team will complement you with their skills and activity.
  • Define budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels
  • Monitor, test, and improve performance across all acquisition channels, providing actionable recommendations to maximize KPIs
  • Achieve acquisition forecast on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Proven marketing and lead generation experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful in approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with contacts and prospects
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems, tools
  • Great manager with strong team-building experience
  • Interest in technology and is persistent to learn products and solutions
  • Already built lead gen at other companies and have a playbook of how to do it to apply here
  • Passion for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Data-driven, numbers fanatic. Eat, sleep and breathe numbers
