We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Assistant - Amazon / eBay to join our team in Gulistan e Johar, Karachi you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and maximizing sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Etsy and eBay stores to increase sales and revenue
- Create and maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to our online stores
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Etsy and eBay expert or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Etsy and eBay platforms and their features
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
