Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. You will be responsible for creating and curating engaging and visually appealing content, developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, and monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
Manage and grow our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and video
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and create cross-promotional opportunities
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaign
Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
Identify influencers and opportunities for collaborations to increase brand awareness
Monitor and report on competitors' activities and strategies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with social media management tools and analytics
Strong creative skills, including the ability to develop visually appealing content
Experience with paid social media advertising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
2+ years of experience in social media management and content development

Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management and content development

Salary: Commensurate with experience
