Zameen.com is looking to recruit an ‘Assistant Manager Policy and Compliance’.

Job Location: Lahore

Minimum Education: Bachelors/ Masters from well reputed universities

Experience: Minimum 4- 7 years of relevant experience in policy formulation / business manuals and sops.

Job Role:

  • Policy & Business manual & process formulation,drafting policy documents
  • Identify gaps by Data Analysis, write/edit and re-examine a number of policies daily
  • Cross functional communication at all levels for process innovation
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings for policy review and presenting business manuals & policies

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio etc.
