Zameen.com is interested in hiring a HR Business Partner (Corporate Functions) for the company's Corporate Functions.

  • Our ideal candidate will be able to align and execute Zameen's business strategy
  • Bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions (and take ownership of designated HR processes)
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address worker grievances
  • Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge
  • Prior experience in dealing with HR best practices, and excellent employee management skills.

JOB LOCATION:

Lahore (Head Office)

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors (MBA from a reputable University will be a plus)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 Years (Sound experience in recruitment planning, analytics & grievance handling)
