Their role is often part of a broader sales or customer service team and can involve reaching out to potential customers (outbound sales) or handling incoming inquiries (inbound sales).

Responsibilities:

Making calls to potential or existing customers.
Explaining products or services, highlighting features and benefits.
Handling objections and negotiating to close sales.
Recording customer information and maintaining a CRM database.
Following up on leads or previous conversations.
Meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Graduate degree is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication Urdu
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Active listening
Customer-focused mindset
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Resilience and ability to handle rejection

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.
