Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of invoices.
Vendor Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Expense Auditing: Audit expense reports and other financial documents for compliance and accuracy.
Budget Assistance: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to align with departmental and company objectives.
️ Tool Management: Utilize accounting software to automate tasks, manage records, and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Male / Female are encouraged to apply
- Can speak Urdu/Saraiki/Punjabi and English
Skills:
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
