Zarea Private Limited, a rapidly growing leader in Pakistan's e-commerce sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Financial Associate (CFA) to oversee our Corporate Finance division. This executive role is crucial for driving our financial strategy, managing financial risks, and ensuring the financial health of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning it with long-term business goals.
- Oversee corporate finance, including capital structure management, investment decisions, and liquidity management.
- Lead financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Work closely with other C-level executives to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial and operational efficiency.
- Drive the company’s financial planning and perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate agreements to maximize profit.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and economic influences to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFA or relevant role in corporate finance.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
