We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Network Administrator responsible for managing company IT infrastructure, network operations, technical support, and implementation of new technology solutions. The candidate will manage office network setup, support internal users, maintain IT systems, guide junior team members, and assist in technical sales activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, CCTV systems, firewalls, and current IT market technologies.


Responsibilities
  1. Network Infrastructure Management
    •    Plan, design, and deploy IT network infrastructure for new office setups.
    •    Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN, and internet connectivity.
    •    Install and maintain routers, switches, access points, and network devices.
    •    Perform structured network planning including IP addressing and documentation.
    •    Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
    2. User & Department IT Support
    •    Provide technical assistance to all company resources regarding network and IT-related issues.
    •    Troubleshoot internet, connectivity, hardware, software, and system problems.
    •    Coordinate with HR for new employee IT onboarding including:
    o    System allocation
    o    User account creation
    o    Email setup
    o    Access permissions
    o    IT orientation
    •    Resolve employee IT service requests efficiently.

    3. Firewall & Cybersecurity Management
    •    Configure and manage firewall appliances.
    •    Maintain security policies, VPN access, and user controls.
    •    Monitor threats and implement cybersecurity best practices.
    •    Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection policies.

  2. 4. Server Administration
    •    Install, configure, and maintain company servers.
    •    Manage:
    o    Windows Server
    o    Active Directory
    o    User permissions
    o    File sharing
    o    Backup solutions
    o    Storage systems
    •    Ensure server health, security, and availability.

    5. CCTV & Security Systems
    •    Manage CCTV infrastructure including:
    o    IP cameras
    o    NVR/DVR systems
    o    Network storage
    o    Remote monitoring
    •    Troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues.
    •    Coordinate installation and maintenance activities.

    6. Team Management & Training
    •    Manage junior IT staff and newly hired team members.
    •    Provide technical training and knowledge sharing.
    •    Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
    •    Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    7. Technical Sales Support
    •    Assist sales team with IT product knowledge and technical solutions.
    •    Prepare technical proposals and solution designs.
    •    Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
    •    Support presentations and product demonstrations.
    8. IT Market & Technology Awareness
    •    Stay updated with latest IT technologies and industry trends.
    •    Research new products including:
    o    Networking equipment
    o    Servers
    o    Firewalls
    o    Cloud solutions
    o    Security technologies
    o    Software solutions
    •    Recommend improvements for company IT infrastructure.

    9. Software Knowledge & Support
    •    Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
    •    Coordinate with software teams/vendors for technical issues.
    •    Support installation and configuration of business applications.
    •    Understand basic database and application environments.
    •    Experience on any devices may be mentioned with specific device names and models.
