Technical staff for the media Team

Zarrar & Co. seeks a highly skilled Technical Staff member for the Media Team to operate and maintain various media and network equipment crucial to company events and activities. The role involves hands-on management of cameras, audio devices, lighting setups, and media equipment, ensuring high-quality video recordings, live coverage, and photography. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in network configuration, firewall and VPN management, alongside proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration. The position requires diligent troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of all equipment to support smooth operations during media production. This role demands coordination with the Media/Creative Team to meet production needs, technical support during shoots, and assistance in post-production tasks such as basic video editing. Candidates should be experienced in managing and organizing media files and backups while maintaining strict quality standards for audio and video output. Although this position does not include managing a team, it calls for effective collaboration skills to ensure that the technical aspects of media production align with project requirements at Zarrar & Co.
Responsibilities

Operate drones, cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment safely and professionally.
Conduct drone photography and videography in compliance with applicable regulations.
Record high-quality videos and photographs during site visits, construction activities, events, and project milestones.
Perform basic to intermediate video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Prepare professional project progress videos, reels, promotional videos, and presentations.
Organize and maintain video footage, photographs, project files, and media archives.
Ensure all cameras, drones, gimbals, and other equipment are properly handled, stored, and maintained.
Assist in planning shoots, site visits, and content requirements.
Coordinate with the management and media team to understand content requirements and deadlines.
Ensure all assigned media content is completed and delivered on time.
Maintain backup copies of important project footage and media files.
Support other technical and media-related tasks as assigned by management.
