- Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities for own floor
- Production Planning, Execution, and Control
- Execution and monitoring of stitching plan as per requirements of scheduled shipments
- Monitoring production and ensuring standard
- Raw Material Analysis and Evaluation
- Production Analysis and Process Improvement
- Labor / Staff Management
- Record keeping and compliance standards maintenance in the department
- Coordinate with compliances department regarding monthly internal audits
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper production planning of Stitching to ensure on time delivery.
- To Strong Follow up with operation for right fabrics receive in Stitching.
- Responsible to find out the root cause and identification of the ideal working our/problem in production activities.
- Continuously monitor and work to reduce the production cost, wastage, OTD, and optimum utilization of fabric and garment.
- To check and maintain a record of all Stitching Program Qty. & packing list for shipment.
- To keep and maintain very precisely all the required files/documents, so that all the concerned can access them easily.
- To maximum utilization of our resources.
- Regular Review of KPI trends to meet the target.
- Standardization of working procedures for junior staff.
- Customer demand-wise system development in the working process.
- Competency development to ensure leadership in production.
- Can maintain required reports and database and present when required.
