- Preparing Cash payment vouchers, Cash receipt vouchers, and parking entries in the system
- Preparing bank payment vouchers, preparing cheques, and posting entries in the system
- Petty Cash Handling
- Bank reconciliation on a daily basis
- Dealing with banks
- Initiate payments at FBL Cash link
- Stamping “PAID” on bills showing details i.e. Bank, cheque no, date of payment, the gross amount of bill, tax deducted, and the net amount of bill.
- Ensure that authorize signatory has initialed on the stab side of the cheque.
- Keep copies of issued cheques (preferably in soft form)
