A premium patient-facing dental app (Flutter, iOS + Android) for the Vitalum platform, launching with a pilot in the Netherlands. As the lead mobile developer you will own the app architecture and the most complex features: animated login, the dentist map, the appointment payment flow (Stripe), video consultations (Twilio), and identity verification (Sumsub). You will set up the project, mentor one mid-level Flutter developer, and own App Store and Play Store releases. The app must look genuinely premium — polish and animation quality matter.
Responsibilities

Architect the Flutter app: state management, navigation, project structure, shared services

Build the high-complexity features: F1 animated login, F2 map, F4 appointment payment (Stripe), F6 video calls (Twilio), F8 post-visit, F9 KYC (Sumsub)

Integrate native SDKs via platform channels where needed

Build fluid Lottie/Rive and custom animations for a premium feel

Review the mid-level developer's code and mentor them

Own App Store + Play Store submissions, builds, and the review process (Codemagic/Fastlane
Required Skills & Experience-
4+ years Flutter with apps shipped to BOTH the App Store and Play Store (get the links)

Strong state management (Riverpod or Bloc) and ability to justify architectural choices

Native integration experience (platform channels, plugin wrapping)

Animation skills (Lottie/Rive and custom AnimationController work)

Solid REST API integration and async/error handling

Mobile CI/CD (Codemagic, Fastlane, or similar)

Video SDK experience (Twilio, Agora, or similar)

Payment SDK integration (Stripe mobile)

Maps integration (Mapbox / Google Maps)
