Immigration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Immigration Counselor who is well-versed in student visa and immigration programs of Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong background in sales and have complete knowledge of visa documentation, application, and processing. This role requires excellent client handling, counseling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to clients regarding student visas and immigration pathways for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.
Evaluate client profiles and suggest suitable programs and immigration/study options.
End-to-end handling of application processes, including admission, visa filing, documentation, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policy changes, and embassy updates.
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide timely updates on their cases.
Conduct initial assessments and guide clients on eligibility, timelines, and costs.
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.
Work closely with the processing team to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Maintain client records in CRM and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
2+ years of proven experience in:
- Student visa counseling
- Immigration consultancy
- Sales or client conversion
Deep understanding of visa and immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and work under deadlines.
Fluent in English and Urdu (additional language is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
