We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to join our team as an Order Taker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders in Spanish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers and will play a key role in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and take orders in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Ensure that all orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or order taking is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using order management systems or similar software is an advantage.
- A positive and professional attitude.
