We are looking for a results-driven and confident Cold Calling Agent to join our sales outreach team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a call center environment and is comfortable making outbound calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a target-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and remain persistent in follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with relevant information.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
- Follow cold calling scripts and adjust pitches based on call response.
- Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B or B2C).
- Fluent in spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic on the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):
- Experience in a call center or telesales agency.
- Knowledge of tools like JustCall, Aircall, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Background in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing sales.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 3 AM PKT (Night Shift)
